We will discuss what you are seeking in terms of support, interventions and outcomes.

FORM COMPLETION
You will receive a referral form for you to complete and return to us

INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We arrange to see you and complete an Initial Assessment - this may be at home, in school or at our office in Brixham, depending on whether you are looking for CBT or sessions with us.
Useful Information
Funding for both CBT and sessions with Evolve can come from many different sources. This can inlude schools, the SEN team, the Virtual School, Children's Social Care and the private funds of parents/carers.
Funding
This may take place at home, school - or outside in a park, at the beach or any other location where the young person feels they are able to meet. This is done in as relaxed a way as possible.
The Initial Assessment
CBT can be delivered either face to face at our offices in Brixham, or virtually.
CBT
Sessions are either half day (3 hours) or full day (5 hours) and these are delivered 1:2:1. The sessions are underpinned by the principles of Youth Work and CBT.
