Nigel is a nationally Qualified Youth and Community work Advanced Practitioner and worked as a Senior Area Youth Worker for both Devon and Torbay Youth Service.

As well as his work with Evolve, he has also worked in the NHS and Devon Partnership Trust as a Senior Psychological Therapist , Accredited High Intensity CBT Therapist and EMDR practitioner.

Lesley is a Registered Social Worker and previously worked as both a Registered Nurse and Midwife for 22 years, and within her professions has experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with additional needs.

Jemma has 20 years of experience in the youth and childcare sector. She is passionate about supporting children and young people, particularly those with special educational needs.

She is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Ria has been working therapeutically to support young people since 2017.  She is a  Qualified Integrative counsellor. 

Ria has a love of the sea, walking and most things outdoors. 

Amy is a qualified JNC Youth Worker and Level 3 Forest School practitioner.  She has been supporting young people across Devon for 18 years and has experience in targeted youth work, education and outdoor development including the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.  She loves being active and I'm happiest when outdoors.

Outdoor education has been a huge part of Steph's life since early childhood. Previously being supported as a young person herself, given the opportunity to explore adventure sport enabled her to push myself out her comfort zone and discover her capabilities. Holding various Outdoor qualifications, Steph likes to provide Therapy alongside adventure.

Elizabeth has a proven track record in working with children and young people through Evolve Psychotherapy and in her own private practice. Elizabeth takes an intuitive approach, alongside CBT and person-centred, and adapts her working style to each young person depending on their needs. Young people who work with Elizabeth experience a strong feeling of safety and with that as a basis, are better able to make changes in the supportive environment that she fosters.

Sharon has worked in education for over 25 years, in various capacities and with numerous Children and Families. Over this time, she have engaged with young people across a wide age range. She have always been passionate about fostering a nurturing, open and trusting relationship with all the young people she works with.

Sharon has worked with Evolve since 2019.  She has a First Class Hons degree in 3D Design Glass and Ceramics, loves drawing and painting, is a qualified Primary School Teacher, loves the outdoors - and also says that 'she's not bad at pool and table tennis'!

With over 25 years of experience in the SEN, education, youth and childcare sector, Paula has held a variety of roles, including teaching support, therapeutic youth worker, play worker, and support worker. Her qualifications  guide her approach, allowing her to create nurturing and empowering environments for young people.

Becky is an experienced professional with over 20 years of dedication to working with young people, helping them unlock their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. Driven by her passion for empowering youth, she works closely with families, individuals, and the Evolve Team to provide comprehensive, wrap-around care that supports each young person’s growth and development.

Lisa is a qualified nursery nurse with a broad range of experience in various roles, including nursery nurse, nursery manager, nanny, and child minder. Currently, she is working as a therapeutic worker, where her focus is on providing essential support to children and young people.
